Foil Tape – Calem Technology offers wide variety of tapes, also known as adhesive tape, foil tape, reflective tape, aluminum tape, CT tape, pressure sensitive and insulation tape. Adhesive tape is coated with various aggressive pressure sensitive adhesive compositions designed for different applications. Adhesive tape is easy to apply to sheet metal ducts and faced rigid duct boards. These tapes serve as an excellent vapour seal and are reliable in demanding temperature and humidity conditions.

Insulation Tape/Reinforced Tape - This category includes double sided tape and adhesive tapes with reinforcements. Various types of reinforcements include kraft paper, fiberglass cloth, and polyester mesh. Reinforced tapes, also called industrial tape or CT tape with reinforcement, are used in insulation and ventilation industries to seal joints of vapor barriers and insulation facings. These products are often used for the radiant/vapor barrier sealing. The tapes are available with different adhesive compositions.

Insulation Materials - insulation facings, radiant barrier, and vapour barriers with different properties. Calem Technology offers aluminum foil reinforced with fiberglass yarn, kraft paper, fiberglass fabric, and fiberglass mesh. We also offer plastic film with scrim kraft reinforcement. These products are used in combination with conventional insulation (fiberglass wool, fiber boards, foam insulation, etc.) or as reflective insulation and vapour barriers.

Composite Materials - custom made industrial materials for flexible duct production, including various films (polyester, metallized polyester etc.) and composite materials (PVC fabrics, vinyl fabrics, polyurethane coated industrial fabrics, TPR coated fabrics). Coating composition, weight of film thickness, and base fabric as well as roll width and roll length can be modified to meet your requirements. Anti-static and flame retardant treatments are also available.
